FEATURING

Schools will be announced at a later date.

The Elite Volleyball ID National Showcase is designed for all high school age girls’ volleyball players who are focused on becoming collegiate student-athletes and want to train with and be evaluated by current college coaches and players. Each player will be assigned to a team that will play 3-4 matches throughout the day with live on court instruction from the staff of coaches and players. This event is slightly different as it will focus on game play so players can showcase their skills on court at game speed.

In between matches throughout the day there is also a College Experience Education Seminar for both players and parents to learn more about the process and what it takes to become a college student-athlete. Players must sign up for the positions they wish to play and be evaluated at as playing time will be structured and assigned equally to ensure everyone has the best chance to be seen.

THIS EVENT IS RUN BY CURRENT COLLEGE COACHES

THE COLLEGE EXPERIENCE EDUCATION SEMINAR
This will be held in between matches during the day and is for registered players and their families. The seminar will last approximately 30-45 minutes. The discussion will cover topics like: The NCAA Recruiting Rules, How to Promote Yourself, What Coaches Look For, The Best Way to Make a Video, What to Expect Playing College Athletics, and How to Talk to College Coaches. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and will come out of the event having a much better idea of What College Athletics is All About. Parents and players are encouraged to ask questions during the discussion.

EVALUATION
Each player will receive general verbal feedback from the coaches who are on court with them.  Coaches will evaluate each player based on their experiences at their level of college volleyball and give feedback when appropriate.
